My individual coaching program is designed to meet you where you’re at in a client-centric program to support your goals + desires. I believe in your ability to create change and have the life + body you want; all it takes is the right support, questions, guidance and communication to make it happen. Using tested and respected techniques, our coaching relationship can produce lasting modifications that increase your happiness, decrease your waistline, improve your quality of life and boost personal effectiveness/productivity.
I believe vibrant health stems from an inner energy that doesn’t stop. It involves a whole health approach that encompasses your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. It focuses on changing your inner landscape so that the external changes you make [like eating healthy + working out] actually stick and make a difference. I want you to have an inspired-life, be full of energy and free to live the life you dreamed – because if you’re always tired, feeling like crap or frustrated with where you’re “at”, then life is no fun. And who wants to live a life that’s no fun? Even if you fill your life with “fun things” and material accomplishments, living in a body that’s weighing you down – physically, energetically and emotionally, will always limit the amount of true happiness you can experience.
