Including the “need-to-know” facts (that you don’t know) about real food living – what it looks like, what it means, what diet “advice” you can disregard and how to make shifts stick. Plus game changing tricks that boost metabolism and increase your digestive fire. Learn why it’s less about what you eat and more about the how + why.
Week #3: PlayFULL + PleasureFULL – The nitty gritty on “problem foods” and exercising for weight loss. Using movement as a tool to feel deeper and create unstoppable momentum. And why knowing how you move equates with understanding how you live. Learn the nourishing way to make room for the foods you love and discover the type of movement that will help create + support a body you’re excited about.
Week #4: MindFULL + PowerFULL –. An honest look into what you are doing (not what you “should” be doing) and the stories, thoughts + beliefs that are keeping you stuck. How to tap into your feminine power, strengthen your intuition and feel at home in your body. Learn how to both flow with and honor the natural seasons + cycles of your body and life.
Week #5: EaseFULL – Implementation week: intentional space to dive deeper into the learnings of the first four weeks, with thoughtful guidance and extra support on how to sink into your life.
Week #6: SoulFULL + GrateFULL – On living gratitude (versus practicing it) and why it’s key to a more easeful + vibrant life. How to tap into your highest vibration, cultivate a spiritual practice and connect with God to create more meaning and purpose. Why creativity and inspiration make us feel light, free and excited; more connected to our desires and our spirit.
Week #7: RestFULL + JoyFULL – All about loving your life forward and reconnecting with passion + what lights up your life. How to realistically add more (needed) stillness + rest. Decoding stress and how to create a life rooted in grace and nourishment. Specifics on how to tuning in to the hunger of your soul (versus your belly) creates more joy + deeper fulfillment.
Week #8: BeautiFULL + MeaningFULL – Learn how to create more time and enjoy every moment. Letting go of guilt + shame for good and choosing acceptance, love + growth as your new mantra. All about soaking up beauty and how to literally and figuratively burn the wagon (no more “on again, off again”) – basically, where to go from here!

You might be wondering — what kind of recipes would you be eating? Again, all recipes are naturally gluten-free, mostly dairy-free (with options to adjust based on your needs) and vegetarian-friendly.
